All orders have a 2-business day payment processing time. Luxury wig Preorders have an additional 15-21 business day (Mon-Fri) production time. Orders can be sent out at any time within the time frame.

Orders are shipped with UPS. Shipping typically take up to 3-5 business days to arrive based on shipping location. Tracking numbers are issued out once orders are completely ready to be shipped.

Bob units are constructed with 2-2.5 bundles. All other units in our Luxury Collection includes 3 bundles. To add an additional bundle,  use the  "Add a Bundle?" add-on in the length you would like to your order.
